Hello Kwethluk

Typhoon Halong had done damages homes, roofing, and such. What will be needed is an assessment of the damages during Typhoon Halong, roofing damages, housing foundation damages, equipment damages (Snow machines; Four-Wheeler; outboard motor; boat damages), if you have a fishing camp or a hunting camp take damage assessment inventory on those sites as well; yes they are seasonal, yes they are rarely used, but when it comes to; what it comes to is this… any recovery that is needed should be done during the winter months, when the time comes for repairs to those sites the funding will have been closed and likely never to come up again. Best to have funding now to repair, replace, and/or rebuild; so that when the time comes for subsistence it will be as every other year without a disaster, smooth transition from one aspect to another.
